On-line payments made by credit card are safe and guaranteed by SETEFI – Moneta on-line that uses the SSL 3.0 protocol.

Our company does not collect any data that you’re required to use while using your credit card on the on-line payments.

RIGHT TO RETURN

If you change your mind or the product wasn’t quite what you wanted, we give you 14 days to return it to us. You need to inform us by email to info@peltro.com within this period and return the item which must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Pack it carefully and return it to the following address: Via Badia, 23 – 25060 Cellatica (Brescia) – ITALY

We will refund you with the total amount paid.

Transport and return charges are at your own cost.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each item is guaranteed for a two-years period for lack of conformity. We kindly ask you to carefully read our care and instruction suggestion as we cannot accept as defect any damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear of the product. Items recognized as faulty can be returned to us and we will repair, replace or refund them (see General Terms and Conditions for details).

SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIME

We endeavour to ship the orders within 14 working days. Deliveries are made through a courier at the address given by you while placing the order. You may be asked to supply phone number that can be useful to the delivery company to ease the dispatch. Transports costs depends on your destination country. If your order is being despatched to a non-EU Countries, then custom or import duties, if due in your destination country, are at your own charge.

PRICES

All prices are quoted in Euro and where appropriate (EU Countries) are inclusive of Italian VAT at the current rate.
